Your plan starts and the card you added at checkout is charged for the first period. Cancel during the trial and nothing is ever charged; cancel later and the plan runs to the end of the paid period without renewing.
Yes, instantly, from the dashboard. Upgrades and downgrades are prorated: you pay or are credited only for the remainder of the current period on your next invoice.
Consumers and sole traders keep a 14-day right of withdrawal on the hosting service with a full refund. Domain registrations are the one exception: the registry commits them the moment they are bought, so they cannot be refunded.
At the same interval as your plan, itemised on the invoice with the site each one belongs to. Switch an add-on off and its charge disappears from the next invoice.
No. Keep it at your registrar and point its DNS at us — the portal copies your current records first and tells you which nameservers to enter where. Registering a new domain with us, or transferring one in, is optional and never required for hosting.
Domains registered with us renew automatically and you get a receipt. Turn auto-renew off and we remind you 30 and 7 days before expiry. You can transfer a domain away at any time at no charge.
Dutch VAT applies. EU business customers with a valid VAT number are reverse-charged (0%) and account for VAT themselves; prices are shown including or excluding VAT to match your customer type.
Self-serve plans are billed by card. Business orders come on a written quote, where purchase-order references and invoice-based payment are discussed per order.
