Email on your own domain (like hello@example.com) makes every message you send look right.
Before you start
Your site needs a connected custom domain — email can't run on the free .apps.veldhost.eu address.
Create it
- Site → Email tab. If email isn't on yet, choose how many mailboxes you want (€2/mailbox/month).
- Type the name (the part before @) and a strong password → Create.
- We publish the mail DNS records automatically — allow up to an hour on a fresh domain.
Use it
Webmail works right away at the address shown on the tab. To use your phone or Outlook, see email on your phone. Each mailbox includes generous storage and spam filtering.
